20/60 Summer Wellness Challenge

Complete 20 workouts within 60 days from June 12 to August 11 and win a prize. All workouts must be completed at the YMCA (or YMCA Race!). Only 1 workout a day will count.

Acceptable workouts:

Group exercise classes, cardio, personal training, GRIT, water aerobics, lap swimming, coaching connection appointments, and strength training.
