Walking, running, jumping and a variety of aerobic movements are performed in the shallow end of the pool to increase heart rate and provide both cardiovascular and strength training. A variety of water equipment, dumbbells, noodles, etc. are used for conditioning.
Classes begin the week of June 20th and continue through the summer months.
