Tremayne Stephens

Tremayne was born April 16, 1976 in Greenville, SC. As a child, he was taught that he could do anything as long as he put his mind to it. He was a high school All-American running back at Riverside High School in Greer, SC and later a star running back for NC State where he amassed 3,553 yards rushing with 33 touchdowns. He still ranks third among all running backs in NC State history in yards, rushing, touchdowns and 100 yard games (18). Tremayne was then drafted to the San Diego Chargers in 1998. He played three seasons and was then traded to the Indianapolis Colts where he played with Peyton Manning.

Tremayne is now the CEO & Head Speed Development Trainer Trainer at Athletic Development Systems in Gastonia. Here he trains kids, adults and professional athletes to be faster, quicker and stronger for all sports. He is married and has one daughter.

Tremayne’s words to live by are “I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13. Anything you want to be or do you can do it as long as you keep God first in your life.
