The Gaston County Family YMCA is full of active older adults who on the move and on the go! “Fit for Life” is for all senior age adults who like to stay busy by making new friends, learning new things, traveling and just having fun!

The Fit for Life group has traveled to the Biltmore House, Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, Chimney Rock, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Blowing Rock, and Black Mountain just to name a few.
Coffee Time
Enjoy socializing with others at each branch of the YMCA in the mornings. At almost any time from 7:00am to 10:00am coffee and conversation is always flowing.
