The Gaston County Family YMCA believes that all youth and families deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That’s why, through the Y, millions of youth today are cultivating the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement. Our YMCA offers many Family Programs that assist in the healthy development of families in our community. From After school to Family Nights our Y takes pride in building a healthy foundation of spirit, mind, and body in each one of our participants.
