Water Exercise

Water is an extremely friendly environment for individuals with back, knee, and shoulder problems or with any condition that requires low impact exercise.  Enjoy our beautiful pool with a comfortable water temperature of 86 degrees.  Stay in shape, learn new exercise techniques and meet new people.  Registration is not required; just show up and join the fun!

Tips:

  • Proper attire is a bathing suit.
  • Please shower before entering the pool.
  • Aqua shoes are recommended for shallow end classes and are available at most sporting goods stores.
  • Members are encouraged to workout at their own pace. You know your body best!
