Trio Lifting Challenge

Do you have what it takes to max out on this trio of lifts!? Take your best shot to make out Trio Challenge Club by maxing out on your bench press, squat, and deadlift.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Registration is required. But your participation is drop-in style. Drop-in anytime from 5:30am – 8:00am or 3:00pm – 6:30pm

HOW IT WORKS:
Our fitness staff records your maximum bench press, squat, and deadlift. When you are ready to max out tell our staff and your lift will be judged for the club. You will receive three attempts per lift and be judged by our fitness staff.

REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE THE CLUB
Ladies’ weight requirement   |   200-500 lbs.
Gentlemen weight requirement   |   700-1000 lbs.
