|Caroline Moon||Feeling stiff and worn down? This sequence will provide mobility and strength to the whole body! Be encouraged through God’s word and connect with Him at your innermost point so that you can go out and live abundantly in His grace!|
|Energetic Flow||Kassandra Mattingly||In this practice, you will flow through yoga poses while using your breath and mindfulness to connect with the energy flowing through and around your body. We will focus on tapping into your energy to accept challenging poses and find balance. Intermediate/Advanced|
|Hand Stands||Caroline Moon||Learning how to handstand can often feel like an incredibly daunting task. But if you start with the basics and really master the fundamentals, then your inversion practice will inevitably flourish. This will be a 30-minute workshop-style practice designed to arm you with the foundational aspects of handstand (yes, arm you!) to either start or deepen your handstand practice. This class will flow through stretches and strengthening techniques to prepare you to flip your world upside down with ease!|
|Partner Yoga||Rachel Harper||This will be a partner class utilizing partner yoga poses, elements of Acro yoga, and Thai Yoga stretching. Open to all levels, including brand new beginners. In addition to strength, support, and flexibility, our practice will emphasize conscious, non-violent communication using verbal and non-verbal cues, connection through compassionate touch, and PLAY! BYOP (bring your own partner) or come solo and connect with someone new!|
|Yoga and Art||Chari Baier||Mindful art meditation begins with breathing exercises and meditation. This practice induces a Flow State where you are encouraged to notice your breath, thoughts, sensations, emotions, etc. and then put it down on paper in a creative format. During this practice, we will be creating a mandala using watercolor, pen and paper which will be provided. Mindful Meditative Art is a creative form of meditation. Whether you’re an experienced artist, meditator, or have no previous experience this practice is for you!|
|Vinyasa Flow Yoga||Amanda Rodeheaver||This 45 min flow will warm your body up with slower stretching to begin, then pick the pace up with an invigorating flow to get your blood circulating. We’ll then slow our bodies back down with some hip-opening stretches followed by a cool down with savasana. Modifications are provided to make this flow accessible to all.|
|Yin Yoga||Kelly Shelton||This accessible practice of postures on the floor includes longer holds (2-5 min) coupled with breath and mindfulness as a tool for deep release and relaxation. The postures target muscles and connective tissues for increased flexibility and using meditation as a tool for grounding. For all levels.|
|Yoga for Athletes||Barbara Langrall||Yoga for athletes will bring you more joint-focused movement by exploring a healthy balance of lengthening and strengthening for optimal joint function during movement. Including Dynamic warm-ups, yoga postures to support the health and integrity of joint musculature, and mindful breathing techniques for intuitive mind-body connections.|
|Yoga Nidra||Kelly Shelton||YOGA NIDRA is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. The practice draws your attention inwards, and you learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and you fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. Yoga Nidra takes you effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being. Feel better. Feel restored. Feel awakened to your deepest, all-knowing, all-welcoming self.|
