The Gaston County Family YMCA is partnering with PlayerSpace, a program management and communication platform that connects participant, parents, staff and volunteers and directors.
We will use PlayerSpace as our primary program management platform for sharing schedules, rosters, what to bring and all other important information.
With PlayerSpace, you’ll get:
- Convenient 24/7 online access to program information such as schedules, activity times and group information
- Emails and texts with important information including updates including what you’ll need to have prior to program start in order to be prepared for the program your child is participating in, and any changes to published schedules, activities or locations due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The ability to post and share pictures with your group
Prior to the start of the program, parents will receive account login information from the Director at your branch. When you receive your family account login information email, be sure to activate your account via email you used in your child’s registration process. (You will only need to set this up once time, regardless of the program your chid is participating in, or how often they are involved in repeat programs.)
