We encourage you to “check-in” every time before beginning a virtual workout using the simple form below.
Please call the Y at 704.830.9622 if you have questions about your membership number or having trouble checking in. Please use this link to request assistance after hours.
Why should I check in to the Virtual Y?
Great question! We have several members who require documentation and this will allow the Y to provide these needed documents. This includes SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit, Renew Active, Corporate members/employee reimbursement, and more!
Where is my barcode number?
Your Y membership barcode number is on the key fob you use to check in at the front desk. Please type each number listed under the barcode.
Why does SilverSneakers, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active need this?
This is especially important for our Insurance Members (Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Renew Active) because by checking-in, your virtual visits can be reported to the insurance company and the Y will receive credit for your visit. This directly supports the Y in our efforts to give you the best experience possible during this time.
My employer reimburses me for my membership. Should I check in?
Corporate Members should also consider checking in before each virtual workout. This will allow us to help you track your visits to report to your employer for wellness benefits.
Where are classes available?
We have classes available to all on our Virtual YMCA page. Please CLICK HERE for direct access. We have also created a private group available exclusively for active Y Members – CLICK HERE to request access.
