PHARR FAMILY YMCA FACILITY RENTAL OPTIONS

 

 

RENT THE PHARR FAMILY YMCA BALLROOM

The Pharr Family YMCA ballroom is a wonderful space for your next social gathering, reception, shower or meeting. This unique ballroom is approximately 36 ft wide and 60 ft long with beautiful hardwood floors right in the middle of the ChristmasTown USA!

Pharr Family YMCA Hourly Event Pricing

(Weddings/ School Dances Do not qualify for this pricing)  
Rental Fees Include - $100 Deposit, Rental Fees based on event time

Deposit Refunded when:

  • Contract upheld
  • Rental Policies followed completely  
  • Housekeeping policies followed  

Choice of Pricing:

  • $300 for 4 hours for members, $460 for nonmembers
  • $450 for 6 hours for members, $690 for nonmembers
  • $600 for 8 hours for members, $920 for nonmembers
  • Additional hours are $75 for members, $115 for nonmembers

All rentals - 4 hour minimum Rental time included set up and breakdown of your event.  

Rental Policies

  • Parking on Front Patio for any reason is prohibited
  • No alcohol/smoking on the premises indoors/outdoors
  • Person on Contract responsible for all guests to remain upstairs  
  • All children must be supervised while on the premises indoors & outdoors
  • Cancellations made later than 45 days prior to event forfeit deposit
  • Air/Heat must stay above 68 degrees to work properly
  • Dry ice in smoke machines is prohibited this will set off the alarms in the building  

Housekeeping Policies

  • All Tables & Chairs placed back in proper locations
  • Decorations must be taken down and all tape removed
  • Trash taken out and placed in cans on right side of building
  • Sweep ballroom, boardroom, & Kitchen
  • Mop up any spills
  • Kitchen available as a courtesy the YMCA is not responsible for providing ice or maintaining ovens and stoves
  • If Kitchen area is used clean up what was used
  • Keep restrooms orderly
  • Decorations/Property of the YMCA is not to leave the building

 

Pharr Family YMCA School Dance Rentals

Rental Fees Include - $100 Deposit, $800 Rental Fee  

Deposit Refunded when:

  • Contract upheld
  • Rental Policies followed completely  
  • Housekeeping policies followed  

Fees Include:

  • Saturday 12 hours
  • For all Rentals please ensure your rental time includes set up and breakdown of your event.

(Failure to abide by this policy will result in loss of deposit)

  • All Tables & chairs must be placed back in proper locations.
  • Please do not remove wood tables from conference room.
  • Decorations put up must be taken down & all tape removed.
  • Confetti & Rice are prohibited.
  • Trash should be taken out to the outside trash cans on the right side of the building (Going out the front door turn right)
  • Parking on front patio area for any reason is prohibited
  • Sweep kitchen & dust mop ballroom & mop/swifter any liquid spills
  • Kitchen available as a courtesy the YMCA is not responsible for providing ice or maintaining ovens and stoves
  • Keep restrooms orderly
  • Decorations/Property of the YMCA is not to leave the building
  • Air/ Heat must stay at 68 degrees or above to work properly
  • No alcohol or smoking on the premises indoors or outdoors
  • Dry ice in smoke machines this will set off alarms in building
  • Applicant responsible for all guests to remain upstairs & all children must be supervised while on the premises indoors & outdoors
  • Cancellations made later than 45 days prior to event forfeit deposit
  • At time of event if there are more than 75 guests & Facility Fee has not been paid applicant forfeits their deposit
